| Although designed by the central government in Jakarta,community-based forest management policies are, by decree, implemented by local governments. This brief analysis outlines the challenges andthreats in the implementation and enactment of two schemes: HKm and HTRat the local level by citing the example of Boalemo District inthe province of Gorontalo on the island of Sulawesi. |
