| ‘Support to Vietnam for Implementation of the Paris Agreement in Ha Tinh’ (SIPA Ha Tinh) project is funded by the German Government through Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). Within the project, ICRAF and provincial stakeholders are responsible for implementing ‘Ecosystem-Based Adaptation/ Climate-Smart Agricultural (EbA/CSA) practices and participatory climate risk management for households in vulnerable districts in Ha Tinh’. |
